Do you think shops should do more for the disabled

Good for Heritage Railways to be taking the needs of disabled into account

For once, a heritage steam railway has been thinking heavily about the needs of the disabled community and bought in a new carriage which has space for 10 wheelchair users, but also 32 seats, whcih is a nice large number plus a full disabled toilet, and to be honest not many railways have this, only the main line trains do and then only the newer stock or the old stock which has been heavily refurbishe,d but I'd like to see more things like this done as some places really need to take into the account of the disbaled community more, the disabledd community may like to travel on the railways etc, but with the main line trains it requires booking assitance and these steam railways you can turn up and go, if you know the carriage is operating, but why the mainline trains can't be more like this.
